Winter Equinox 2013
21 December 2013 Winter Equinox.
A holy day for the worship and recognition of the Force/All/One/Uber Rotator (1).
Another cycle has been completed and another one begins.
The night is longest right before the Sun returns.
“The Birthday of the Unconquerable Sun.”
Rotation away and back to an observance is a reassessment of that observance but with new experiences in the observer from which to re-observe the original observance.
The awkwardness felt by seeing someone unseen for 10 years is the result of the time spent making observations apart from that someone. Since your last “alignment” one or both of you have changed.
Much of the universe is in rotation. Atoms, planets, galaxies, the universe itself. Even humans live in rotation. Humans are at their most efficient when living by a regimented schedule. Wake up, drop off the kids at school, go to work, come home, make dinner, go to bed. Your life is your rotational path. Those humans who live un-regimented lives tend to be less efficient. They’re out of orbit. It’s especially important for kids to be on a set schedule.
A yearly moral inventory of the self is a good idea if done honestly.
